There are so many ways to dress up your windows. Shades, shutters, draperies, and mini blinds – your options are countless. One popular choice is mini blinds, because they are available in different types, styles, colors, and textures. One big advantage when considering mini blinds is they are affordable. If you're on a tight budget and need to dress up your windows at home or office mini blinds may be the answer. They are easy to clean and install. Mini blinds are typically made from aluminum, vinyl or PVC.

The downside to mini blinds is they are not sexy and sometimes cheaply made. While cost is the main driving factor in purchasing this type of product, many consumers if they could do it over again would probably have paid a bit more for better window coverings. I am not suggesting that mini blinds are a poor investment and they can dress up your windows at home. But, if you’re debating between real wood blinds or quality cellular binds or shades you probably should go the extra mile and upgrade your choice. Mini blinds are affordable but lack the interior attractiveness many are seeking when purchasing window treatments.
